Lost registration code

You can lookup your registration code at any time by using the Automated Registration Code Lookup. This will email your registration code(s) to you at the specified email address.  Note that email address used must be the same as the one when you placed your order.  If your email address has changed since you placed your order, you can notify technical support and they can change the email address in our system, after which you'll be able to use the automated code lookup utility.

Registration code is not being accepted

If you have a 5 digit registration code, the Owner Name on your Pocket PC must exactly match the value you gave when you placed your order. The Owner Name is found by selecting "Start... Settings... Personal... Owner Information" on your Pocket PC menu. If it appears to match, make sure there are no extra spaces at the end of the Owner Name and that the capitalization is exactly the same. If the code is still not accepted, please contact technical support and they can help find out what's wrong and issue you a new code if necessary.

I did not receive a registration code but my order was completed

Registration codes are sent within 30 seconds after we receive notification of the order from the credit card authorization network. The registration code is sent by email, so if you have any filtering on your email client that would block receipt of the registration email, please contact technical support with your order number (if available), the date you placed the order, the name and email used when you placed your order, and the last 4 digits of the payment method you used to place the order.

Cannot find EXPAND.EXE while running setup

This is generally caused because either your version of Windows does not include the EXPAND.EXE file (Win95 in particular) or the file has been moved or deleted from the system directory. You can find alternate installation files by clicking here. These installation files will be larger than the compressed versions but will not require the EXPAND.EXE utility to run.
